All sales are final, except where local law gives you a right to a refund. Here is what that means, and what to do if something goes wrong with a payment.
All sales are final
The Complete Higgsfield Guide opens the moment your payment clears, so all sales are final, except where local law gives you a right to a refund.
The seller is Jakob Werner, doing business as jxkeframes. Payments are taken by Stripe, but refund questions come to me.
Try it before you buy
The Welcome and Genjutsu overview chapters are free to read with no account. Read them first to see if the guide is right for you.
EU and UK buyers: the 14 day withdrawal right
If you buy from the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that starts straight away, EU and UK rules let that right end once access begins, if you agreed to that first and your agreement is confirmed to you in writing.
Every buy button on this site sits under a checkbox that reads:
I agree to the Terms. I want access to the guide straight away, and I understand that once access starts, I lose my 14-day right to withdraw from this purchase (EU and UK buyers).
How checkout records it:
- Checkout does not start until you tick the box. The server checks this again before it opens Stripe.
- The purchase record stores that you agreed, which version of the wording you saw, which version of the Terms you agreed to and the time you started checkout. The same record is attached to your payment in Stripe.
- After your payment clears, an order confirmation is sent by email to the address you paid with. It confirms the order and states that you asked for immediate access and acknowledged losing your 14 day right to withdraw.
You can ask me for a copy of that record at any time.
When the law gives you a refund
Final sale does not take away rights you have under the law where you live. For example, if the guide is faulty, can't be accessed, or isn't as described, you keep the remedies consumer law gives you, which can include a repair, a fix or a refund.
Billing problems
Charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but still locked out? Email hello@jxkeframes.com from the address you paid with, and include the date of the payment. I will sort it out.
Please email me before opening a dispute with your bank. It is usually faster.
A full refund, or a chargeback that ends in your favour, removes the access that payment gave, straight away. A partial refund does not.
Higgsfield charges
Higgsfield plans and credits are sold by Higgsfield, not by me. Refunds for them are handled by Higgsfield under its own terms.
